We deliver across Pakistan through third-party courier services.
Delivery charge
There is currently no delivery charge. The price shown on the product page is the amount you pay the rider.
How an order is processed
- You place a Cash on Delivery order on this website.
- Orders are confirmed by phone or WhatsApp first, then dispatched.
- Once confirmed, the parcel is handed to the courier.
- The courier delivers to the address you gave, and you pay the rider in cash.
Delivery time
Delivery time depends on your location and on the courier. We do not promise a specific number of days, because that part is not within our control and we would rather not tell you something we cannot guarantee. What we will do is confirm your order with you and let you know once it has been dispatched.
If nobody is available
Please keep the mobile number you gave us switched on. Couriers usually call before delivering. If they cannot reach you, delivery may be delayed or the parcel may be returned to us.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If a parcel cannot be delivered because the address was wrong or incomplete, we may need to arrange redelivery.
