About these terms
These terms apply to orders placed through this website with GharKart. By placing an order you accept them.
Products and descriptions
We describe every product using the manufacturer's own photographs and packaging. Where the manufacturer does not state something — an exact size, a material, a certification — we leave it out rather than guess. Where a product is shown in several colours and we cannot guarantee which one will arrive, we say so on the product page.
Colours can look slightly different between a screen and real life.
Prices
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are shown on the product pages. The price you see is the price you pay, with no delivery charge added. We may change prices, but a change never affects an order that has already been placed.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order. We may decline an order if the item is unavailable, if the delivery address is outside the area our courier serves, if we cannot reach you to confirm, or if we believe the order is not genuine.

Payment is Cash on Delivery only. See our Cash on Delivery Policy.
Delivery
See our Delivery Policy. Delivery is carried out by third-party couriers and we do not guarantee a specific delivery date.
Returns

Use of this website
Please do not attempt to interfere with this website, place fraudulent or automated orders, or use it in a way that disrupts it for other customers. We may refuse service where we reasonably believe this is happening.
Liability
We are responsible for supplying the product you ordered, in the condition described. Please use every product sensibly and as intended — several items we sell have sharp blades and are not toys. Keep them away from children.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
